[FADE IN: SOFT K-DRAMA OST PLAYING]
A girl walks past. A boy turns. Their eyes meet. Time slows down. Hearts racing. A confession is coming. But just as the words are about to be said… The director yells, “Aaaand—CUT!”

Yep. Another cliffhanger. Another love story left in mid-air.

But while the leads are still rehearsing their feelings (and while we’re all stuck yelling at the screen), it’s time to press pause for a sec and tune in to some real-life kilig! Because the Bossa Nova Queen, Sitti, is back with “Titingin-Tingin”—her first-ever K-drama-inspired track that’ll have you feeling like the main character in your own love story.

So, how did this all begin? It started with a dream… Literally!
“In my dream, I was singing the chorus and asking my keyboardist Kuya Francis to write the chords down lest I forget when I wake up,” Sitti shared. And like a persistent second lead who just won’t quit, the dream came back—not once, but three times! “The first song na kinulit ako,” she added.

Inspired by the cozy, heart-tugging moments of Love Next Door, Sitti took that dream, turned it into a melody, and now she’s finally sharing it with the world.

Titingin-Tingin is that “Will they, won’t they?” stage. You know the one—Where two people orbit around each other, sharing stolen glances, silent smiles, and a whole lot of unsaid feelings. The kind of love that simmers quietly in the background, waiting for its cue.

With a soft emotional pull and a signature bossa nova beat, it’s the song for those quiet coffee shop crushes, those “Did that mean something?” moments, those long, quiet drives when your heart’s doing all the talking.

It doesn’t strike like an arrow to the heart. It lingers like a look held just a little too long. Like a feeling that stays, even when the scene has already cut to the next. But sometimes, the big confession scene doesn’t get resolved in one episode. So you turn off the TV for now and fade to black. Just another face in the crowd, whose love story is on hold for now… Until you find the courage to pick it back up again in the next season, with (of course) “Titingin-Tingin” playing softly in the background.
